Q: DO YOU HAVE SEATING AVAILABLE?
A: Yes however most locations have limited seating. Our Milton and Burlington North locations offer lots of dine-in seating and the rest of our locations have between 2 to 8 bar stool seats to dine at our eat-in bar.
Q: DO YOU DELIVER?
A: Yes! The minimum order is $10 before taxes and delivery fee, and the regular area charge is $3.99 (Currently Free). If you are located outside of our regular area, a premium delivery fee may apply. Please note that in order to maintain quality and freshness of our product, it is at the discretion of Management to accommodate out of area deliveries. If you are too far from us, we may ask you to consider picking up or dining in instead (space permitting).
Q: DO YOU SELL BEER OR OTHER ALCOHOL?
A: Beer is currently limited to our Milton location, with plans to roll it out to other locations in the future. Stay tuned!
Q: DO YOU HAVE VEGAN OR VEGETARIAN OPTIONS?
A: All of our cauliflower bites, appetizers, fries, rings, sides and greens are vegetarian friendly (some contain eggs and dairy), however may be cooked in the same fryer as chicken, and products containing cheese. Please ask your server ahead of ordering to confirm if food can be cooked in a separate fryer from meat products. Unfortunately due to these reasons, we are not
considered vegan friendly.
Q: DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN OR DAIRY FREE, KETO OR OTHER ALLERGY FRIENDLY OPTIONS?
A: Please make sure to mention to your server/cashier your allergy or preference. We can help you decide what you are safe to order. Our gluten free products are our non-breaded, plain salted, Cajun or Dry West Coast (Salt n’ Pepper) wings, thin skins (kettle potato chips, cheese and bacon), plain salted or Cajun fries, coleslaw and caesar salads (without croutons). CAUTION: All products are cooked in the same fryer as breaded products are. Uncooked products may come in contact with bread crumbs unintentionally. Our products which contain dairy are our thin skins, ranch dip, blue cheese dip, cheesy & spicy perogies, mozza sticks, mac n’ cheese wedges, jalapeno poppers, caesar sandwich/salad and wrap, garlic bread with cheese, poutine, Smiley sandwich, Chicken Parmesan sandwich, and honey garlic parmesan sauce. Our keto friendly products are our veggies n’ dip, caesar salad without croutons, and nonbreaded Dry West Coast (salt n’ pepper) wings. All other products contain breading, and our sauces contain different amounts of sugar.
Q: DO YOU SERVE HALAL FOOD?
A: Our Mississauga (3030 Thomas Street) location offers halal wings, boneless chicken (for bites and sandwiches) and beef bacon alternative.
Q: DO YOU SERVE VEAL, FISH OR BEEF SANDWICHES?
A: No, we only serve 100% boneless chicken breast sandwiches.
Q: WHERE IS YOUR NUTRITION INFORMATION?
A: Although we are not yet mandated by Ontario law to have nutrition information until we reach 20 locations, we will be working to provide a nutritional information guide with allergen and calorie data on our website in the near future.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT OR DEBIT OVER THE PHONE?
A: Due to security reasons, we cannot accept payment over the phone. If you need to make a deposit on your order, please contact the restaurant by phone to arrange a time to process your payment either in-store, or at your location.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT OR DEBIT ONLINE?
A: All locations now accept credit card and gift card payment for online orders. You can also save your credit card to your account for future orders. AMEX is accepted only at certain locations, and debit is not available at this time.
Q: DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS?
A: Yes we do! Our gift cards can be purchased in-store at any location, for any denomination and are reloadable. You can check your gift card balance through order.wingsup.com. Some locations will offer gift cards online for pickup or delivery in the near future. We do not offer e-gift cards at this time, and gift cards cannot be mailed.
