INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION ACCESSIBILITY

WingsUp! Restaurants is committed to meeting the communication needs of people with disabilities and
respecting their dignity. When needed, we will provide information and communications materials in an
accessible way, or with communication support. This includes publicly available information about our
goods, services and facilities, as well as publicly available emergency information. WingsUp! will always
consult guests with disabilities to determine their information and communication needs.

WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY

Website accessibility is required as per the AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) and is
an ongoing priority. WingsUp! has taken measures to ensure our new website (wingsup.com) is
accessible to all guests. We will work with you to provide any restaurant contact information, menu item
information, or order information you need through a communication method that is accessible for you, in
line with applicable laws in Ontario.

TEMPORARY DISRUPTIONS OF SERVICE

During a temporary disruption to the availability of WingsUp! facilities and/or services, we will notify our
customers of the reason for the disruption and the approximate duration. To ensure effective
dissemination of this information, notices will be posted in the following areas: public entrances/exits and
on our website and online ordering site, as soon as is practical. If alternative facilities and/or services are
available during the disruption, we will also include this information in public notices.

DISRUPTION PROCEDURE

The restaurant manager, operator or service provider is responsible for posting notices regarding any
disruption to services. These will be posted as soon as possible in the following areas:

  • At the entrance of the affected facility
  • On appropriate websites and,
  • Other means deemed appropriate for communication of disruption details

These notices will include the reason for the disruption, the approximate duration as well as a description
of any alternative services/facilities available.
