So, what's the difference between a Drumette and a Banjo, you ask?

A drumette is shaped like a mini-drumstick, these are irregular shaped and much meatier. Drumettes are popular because of the amount of meat to eat, plus the texture being similar to white meat and has less skin overall.

A Banjo, which is also known as the 'Flat' or 'Wingette', is a popular choice and are easy to eat, have lots of delicious, crispy skin and tender dark meat inside.
